Service Standards & Product Safety
At Pinky Promise Beauty Bar, quality and nail health are a priority.
For this reason, we prefer not to work over work completed by other nail technicians. Many salons continue to use products such as MMA acrylic, which can be damaging to the natural nail and affect the integrity of future services.
Clients are strongly encouraged to arrive with bare nails or book a soak-off service when scheduling their appointment.
Removal Pricing
- Foreign Work Removal: $20
- In-House Removal: Included with service
Deposits, Grace Periods & Rescheduling
To maintain a consistent and professional schedule for all clients, Pinky Promise Beauty Bar provides a 20-minute grace period.
After 20 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled or require rescheduling. Late arrivals impact the quality of your service and the experience of other clients.
- A 25% deposit is charged at the time of booking.
- All deposits go toward your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
72-Hour Repair Window
Pinky Promise Beauty Bar is committed to delivering high-quality, lasting results.
If any damage occurs within 72 hours of your appointment, repairs will be completed at no charge.
- Clear photos of the damage must be sent to imatpinkys@icloud.com.
- Repairs requested after the 72-hour window will be considered a new service.
